Acceptance of Orders

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS; CONTRARY TERMS; ACCEPTANCE OF BUYER'S ORDERS IS CONDITIONED UPON BUYER'S ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ANY INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER OR OTHER WRITING SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE. If any of these terms and conditions are not acceptable to Buyer, we must be notified promptly.

Payment Terms

Open account terms of net 30 days after shipment are extended to firms at our sole discretion. Existing account holders can contact their sales rep to request access to make web purchases via PO. Term account holders are responsible for all orders made using their verified credentials. Orders made by firms applying for credit will not be processed until we have completed its credit review.

Credit Card Payments

By entering credit card information during checkout you authorize Single Source Supply to initiate a charge entry on your credit or debit card in the amount equal to the total amount displayed at checkout. 

You acknowledge you are responsible for inputting the correct information during checkout. 

By submitting an online payment, you agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Single Source Supply is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by your failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount you indicated. 

You understand that an online payment will be processed to your account within two business days.

Pricing and Specifications

All prices reflect Buyer's cost in US currency. The prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, charges and duties, or special crating requirements for export shipment. Buyer shall pay all such costs, taxes, charges and duties. Prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Custom built or special items are excluded. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. You must get an approved RMA number from us BEFORE you return any product. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items. All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge for items shipped from our inventory, and subject to manufacturer restocking charges for drop ship items. 

Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is approved and complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. In special cases we may agree to issue an RMA for product past the 30-day limit, but those are issued at our sole discretion.

Shipping and Handling

Items designated as STOCK ship FOB from one of our distribution centers. All other items are FOB the point(s) of origin indicated. Unless otherwise requested by Buyer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Any extra charges for services required for delivery, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, or pre-delivery notification must be paid by Buyer.

Damaged Shipments: Risk of Loss

Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, Buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and immediately notify the carrier. Although our responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the carrier accepts the products for shipment, we will, when notified, file a damage claim for goods shipped via a carrier of our choice, issue credit for the damaged goods and ship an immediate replacement. Buyer shall, at our option, return any damaged products to us pursuant to our instructions.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Single Source Supply be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Limitations

Except as specifically set forth herein, Single Source Supply makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples. All products sold by Single Source Supply are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer’s expressed warranties to Single Source Supply.
